The Association of Coloproctology of Great Britain and Ireland has recently updated the Coloproctology Training Unit recognition process. During this exercise it was apparent that feedback from trainees in units applying for recognition was not taken into account.  This was felt to be a deficiency in the system, making the process lop sided.  The Education and Training Committee, in conjunction with the Duke's Club, has produced Trainee Feedback forms to address this problem. The feedback will be anonymous in order to promote uninhibited assessment by trainees. Trainee feedback will be sent to the training units, but not for the first year; again to prevent identification of trainees. Trainee feedback will included in the process of future training unit recognition. We are grateful for your time in filling out this form
